How to get an "A" in this class!
Despite what you and your parents may think, history is not just about memorization.  It is about understanding what brought you here in this time.  Life just does not happen in a vacuum or as I prefer to call them, epistemological eruptions! (Come to class to find out what that means! OH YA!!! Extra credit for anyone who brings in the meaning and shares it with the class!) Gaining a full knowledge of this requires a bit of work on both our parts!  Here are some suggestions in which to earn yourself an "A"!
  • STUDY!
  • Read the assigned chapters, noting items that you have questions about.
  • Did you find anything interesting?  Note it and bring it up in class! You are probably not the only one who felt this way!
  • STUDY!!
  • Take notes in class.  THESE WILL HELP!
  • Prepare for tests by reading your notes taken in class.
  • Be present and on time for class! Be prepared!
  • STUDY!!!
  • Ask questions and particpate in the lessons!
  • Go over the study guide for each test.
  • STUDY!!!!

Hey you!!! Yes, YOU! The one wearing the puzzled look...Do you need help?  Are you concerned that no one out there feels the same way you do? Confused about historical facts? Do you just not get IT? Don't get your hair in an uproar! My door is always open for you!  Email me for an appointment to study together! I WILL MAKE TIME FOR YOU!
