Free site for both teachers and students.  Interactive resources for concentration of history.  Takes an approach from a German perspective.

Great for historical perspectives beyond the typical textbook.  Offers cloze exercises and various other developmental exercises for WWII lessons.

Unbiased history offerings with a specific area for teacher usage! Also, offers free educational materials (via snail-mail).  Spans historical content from BCE to the recent past!

Excellent tool to be used for fact finding for both students and teachers.  Offers “This Day in History” to spark discussion, utilize as a warm up exercise in addition to jazz up lesson plans.

A & E Classroom

A site for use and tips with A & E television programming.  Offers teaching materials, classroom tips, student contests, and biographies.

A Teacher's Guide to the Holocaust

Best used as a supplement for research concerning the Holocaust.  It offers specific events that occurred during WWII and the build up as well!  Also, contains a huge section of teacher resources!

A resource site for educators, parents, and students.  Offers activities, reference materials, and even scholarship opportunities for students.

This is an awesome site for reference for both the student and the educator.  Even parents are encouraged to take an Internet walk about!

American President

A web site designed to give complete biographies on the American presidents and their accomplishments as well as their failures.

This is a great research tool for students.  Jump starts ideas and helps to fill the informational gaps that most textbooks tend to contain!

Internet Geography

Geography at its finest.  An excellent web site designed to work for teachers as well as students with numerous geographical topics such as economic, geographical, human, and physical geography.

Discussion forum for teachers to be used as a tool for integrating geography into the lesson!  Specific geographical topics also can be applied to current events such as tsunamis, earthquakes and other weather related phenomena that affects our planet!
